48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Any cancellations within 48-hours will be charged at the full rate.
Traditional Business Hours: 9am - 5pm.
Weekends / Out of Business Hours: 25% surcharge.
Bank Holidays: 50% surcharge.
Additional Dog: same household only.
Professional Standards: To maintain my high level of service and ensure the safety of every animal in my charge, rates are reviewed annually with 30 days' notice provided for any changes.
